WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS OR CONFIRMED SHIP TO ADDRESS.  THESE ADDRESSES MUST BE LINKED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS A PO BOX, FEDEX AND UPS WILL NOT DELIVER THERE.  ONLY USPS CAN DELIVER TO A PO BOX.  YOU MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL COST BY DUE TO THIS.  IF YOUR ORDER IS LARGE AND NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED FREIGHT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FILL YOUR ORDER DUE TO YOU HAVING A PO BOX.  YOUR ORDER COULD BE HELD UP IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS.  FOR MORE DETAILS PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

We currently only ship to the USA & Territories and Canada.  If you live in Canada please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like a shipping quote.  If you live in Australia and are interested in purchasing parts please contact us for more information.

If there are any questions related to shipping cost, time, carrier etc. these must be addressed before purchase.  We try to be as flexible as possible and are willing to work with you the customer as much as we are able.  Once the order has been placed and is in process changes may not necessarily be made. 
We reserve the right to process or cancel any order at any time for any reason.  Should we be unable to process/fulfill an order you will be notified and your payment refunded.
ORDER INSPECTION:
Please inspect your order upon delivery for accuracy and damage. We allow 7 days for damage or errors to be brought to our attention. After 7 days we are no longer responsible. You may contact us via telephone or email during this time and we will contact you promptly.
 
 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS/LIQUIDS/CHEMICALS/SPECIAL TOOLS:
We DO NOT ship hazardous materials.  We are not set up to be in compliance with the various policies related to HazMat shipping.  If there are any questions regarding HazMat please ask before placing the order.  We are happy to answer any and all questions beforehand.  Items ordered that are HazMat will be omitted from the order.  You will be notified prior to the order shipping and will have the option to decline or further modify the order.  Items that qualify as HazMat cannot be removed from the catalog.  We do understand that this would help minimize confusion but it is unfortunately not possible.  HazMat items include but are not limited to all airbags, some seats and parts, some seat belts and batteries.  If you are unsure if an item is considered HazMat we will do our best to help you determine this.  Please contact us for more information.  
There are times that we may choose not to ship a particular part.  The most common items are glass and exhaust pipes.  These items often times come unpackaged or are poorly packaged.  Due to the fact that these items are fragile and easily damaged in transit we may email you to let you know that we will decline to ship them.  We will refund any payment promptly for these items.  These types of items are not limited to glass and exhaust only.  We reserve the right to make the final determination on these types of items.  
We do not ship chemicals of any kind.  We do not ship any fluids/liquids/lubricants.  This includes but is not limited to engine oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, gear oil, coolant and any kind of battery.  
We do not sell or rent any tools or special service tools.   
 
WILL CALL:
Will Call is NOT AVAILABLE on ANY orders.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS.  All orders will be shipped via the method chosen at checkout.  Should any or all items be oversize/overweight we will contact you for actual shipping costs.  We reserve the right to make the final decision on which carrier is used.  Please contact us prior to placing any orders if you have questions.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We only ship to the USA and Canada.  Orders for Canadian customers will not have a freight quote on your order.  Once we receive the order we will calculate the freight and select the freight company that best fits the situation.  Please contact us if you prefer a quote before you place your order.  If you are in Australia and are interested in an item that we offer please contact us.
 
OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT:  The shipping calculator is not able to determine whether or not a part or the entire order will be oversize.  Should your order contain oversize or overweight items we will contact you with actual shipping costs.  You will be able to approve or decline the charges at that time.  If there are any questions about the items you intend to purchase it is best to contact us prior to ordering.  We will be able to provide a quote for you then.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES:  PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE ESTIMATED UNTIL THE TIME THAT THE ORDER SHIPS.  Should a change in the freight cost need to be made we will contact you first informing you of the difference in cost and will not charge you the difference until we receive an OK from you.  Should your order earn a Promotional FREE SHIPPING offer you can receive one package shipped free that is not oversize or overweight.  If your order contains multiple packages your order will earn free shipping on one of the packages.  Should any or all packages be oversize or overweight FREE SHIPPING will not apply.  Multiple orders that are placed concurrently will be combined into one order.  Concurrent orders will not allow for FREE SHIPPING on more than one package even if you place 2 orders.  Please ask questions related to FREE SHIPPING before placing your order.  If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or a US Territory please be aware that freight charges or freight time are very likely to change because of your location.  In some cases ground shipping may not be available.  In that case we will present you what options are available.  If additional charges are not approved we cancel the order and you are not charged anything.  This can only be done at the time of order/shipment.  Once the order has been shipped/received by the customer this is no longer possible.  If you prefer to return the order you must log into your account and process your return with a Return Authorization.  You will receive a credit for the item(s) returned less all shipping charges and any re-stocking fees once the package has been received by us.  Parts and packaging must be returned in the same condition received.  Anything returned that is not able to be re-sold or returned to the manufacturer may not receive any credit and may possibly be returned to you at your expense or discarded.  Electrical items are not eligible for return for any reason.
 
SHIPPING TIME:  Please note the shipping time is from the time the order SHIPS not from when you place the order.  We only guarantee delivery according to UPS/USPS/FedEx shipping policies.  Should this not happen please contact us and we will work with you for a resolution.
 
DISCONTINUED/LIMITED AVAILABILITY ITEMS:
Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment.  There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories.  They are considered “Final Sale.” 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS CAN STILL SHOW IN THE CATALOG FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES.  WE IN NO WAY GUARANTEE ANY ITEM'S AVAILABILTY OR THAT ANY ITEM IS CURRENTLY IN STOCK.  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AN OLD PART OR IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN INFORMED THAT AN ITEM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.  SHOULD YOUR ORDER CONSIST OF AN UNAVAILABLE ITEM OR ITEMS THE ORDER WILL BE AMENDED OR CANCELLED WITH RESPECT TO SAID ITEM(S).  YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING OR REFUNDED IN FULL ANY FOR UNAVAILABLE ITEMS.
